I absolutely loved Mr Darcy's Bride so I had to read the sequel. I read them both in about 2 days and couldn't put them down. I felt that this one didn't develop the plot as well as I would have liked though. The whole part about Mr Darcy liking to sing and never feeling comfortable about it was never really resolved which was kind of disappointing. It talked about this issue in the beginning and middle of the book but then just dropped the matter completely. I was going he might come to terms with himself and recognize his talent and not be so ashamed of it. Then with the ending, I expected a more exciting closure. I felt that the resolution was very rushed and the readers weren't quite able to grasp that the ending was coming. I expected more emphasis on the title of the book "Mr Darcy's Baby", but it really only discussed one paragraph about his baby. Still a great book, minus these minor details and several spelling errors throughout this kindle version, but I guess I just expected so much more and wasn't quite ready for it to end so suddenly.
In the first book Darcy and Elizabeth were so formal when speaking to one another that it made it hard to read. But in this book they were less so and I enjoyed the story.
